Scheduling availability, decision timelines, and outcomes are determined by consulates/authorities and can change without notice. We do not control decisions or guarantee outcomes, approvals, or timelines.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 20 (Disputes), the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We encourage amicable resolution first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. The language shall be English.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., website banner or email). Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If these Terms are available in multiple languages and there is a conflict, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
